Ruhi Topp
Hello, Kia ora koutou and greetings to you all!
My name is Ruhiyyih, but you can call me Ruhi. I am super excited to join the team here at Imagination Station and I am looking forward to learning about each child’s interests as well as developing new ones so that I can provide the best learning opportunities for your children. I have recently graduated with a bachelor of Teaching from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) specialising in Pasifika Early Childhood Education in the third year of my degree which has enabled me to learn more about myself and the teaching values that I practice each day. I enjoy being outdoors, at the beach swimming, bush walks, baking, spending time with friends and family, and singing to loud music. I live at home with my parents, sister and nana. I also have an older brother who lives in America.

Shivon Narayan
Hello!
I live in Henderson with my mum. I am an only child, but I come from a big extended family with lots of cousins. I started my training for my Bachelor of Education in 2010 through Auckland University of Technology. After graduating I took a gap year and went travelling. Before joining Imagination Station I was at a kindergarten in South Auckland. I really enjoy working with children as I am a big kid myself. I believe in creating reciprocal relationships with children and their families, as we are all learners in some form as the learning journey never stops. So do come and say hello, I look forward to knowing you all.

Emmaline Pickering
Ko Emmaline Pickering toku ignoa,
I am a third year student at Unitec and currently working towards my Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education). I am the oldest out of my siblings; having two sisters, 17 and 16, and a younger brother who is 3 years old. I’ve been in early childhood for over two years now and enjoy working with both. Preschooler’s and Babies. I am a confident and self-motivated person and always try my best to think of new activities to do with the children. I enjoy hikes and camping outdoors. I also spend most of my time reading, and watching scary movies and with my younger brother.

Candice Coetzee
Greetings!
My name is Candice Coetzee. I am originally from Cape Town in South Africa. I am a first time Mother to my baby, Hannah. I am soo blessed to be with her at daycare. I have a deep interest in arts and crafts, nature, music and cultures. I look forward to experiencing the diverse cultures of our families at Imagination Station. The New Zealand Early Childhood Education Curriculum, Te Whāriki, is my guiding light. We are all woven together in educating our children just as Te Whāriki weaves together the goals, strands and principles that are the heart and soul of the New Zealand Curriculum.
